Can you help me name this movie please? I want to see it again but don't know the name!!!?

Okay so I missed the name of it at the beginning but saw most of the rest of it and it was so good, I'd love to see it again. It took place on the Eastern seaboard of the U.S. and centered around people getting attacked by a Great White Shark! The first to die was this girl who was skinny dipping at night, it was creepy! The police chief of the town took it upon himself to find a way to get rid of the shark, he hired a scientist and an expert fisherman/shark hunter, who was like a crusty old war veteran. The three of them went out on the shark hunter's boat and tried all sorts of things to stop the shark! I don't want to give away the ending because a lot of people might not have seen it yet, but it was cr-azy! If you have ever heard of something like this, please tell me! I want to show this to as many people as i can, it's one of those movies that everyone should know about! It was THAT good!! (Oh and one more thing that might help, some kind of tuba or orchestra music kept playing when the shark would attack people, it was cr-eepy! Please help! Thanks in advance!)
