Why don't we ever hear about the other 7 steps to get into the bible?

Christ was the final sacrifice bringing freedom from all the OT "law's" you are referrencing. The point being we can not ever be free of sin-no matter how hard we try. Only through Christ- not by our works/our diet/our sacrifices/etc....
