Did Kandi sing backup for the song no scrubs by TLC?

I was listening to that song "No Scrubs" and I know Kandi Burress co wrote the song but I played the song and she is singing the whole backup. I think TLC might have pulled a Milli Vanilli on us. If you watch the housewife of Atlanta then you know her voice (Kandi's). I only heard T-Boz a little, no Chilly and no left eye, I just hear Kandi, and T-Boz maybe voice. Play the song and tell me if I am wrong.
