Girls...question about hollister jeans...?

Okay, this is a serious question and I am seventeen, btw. Are hollister laguna skinny jeans uncomfortable? Are they too tight, cause whenever I see girls wearing them, they look basically skintight. And it seems like girls almost make it into a ritual to pull them up every five seconds despite the fact that they look snug.
