My father was death with cardiac arreset with copper sulphate poisining, they was admitted to sterlin hospital?

Accidentley my father inject copper sulphate after 1 hour we reached to our nearest hospital after few hour my father is almost ok and no any proble in his body and no abnormility found in blood report after 16th hour urine colour was checged (reddish) and in blood report acute renel fail;ure was come so we are shifted to Baroda sterlin hospital after that Dailysis taken by doctor 3 times but after 3 days he was died, why suddnely this happen???
